Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and driven In-House Sales and Marketing

Representative to join our growing wholesale team. As an In-House Sales and Marketing Rep, you will play a pivotal role in growing our list of wholesale accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing wholesale customers. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our bold and flashy golf apparel and accessories (headcovers, ball markers, etc) through various sales channels. You should be personable, and comfortable warm and cold calling which will be a meaningful, but not exclusive, part of the role. Using the scale of email, the personal touch of phone calls, and the convincing power of Pins products, you’ll introduce buyers to the brand and secure orders. Together with wholesale leadership, we’ll design attainable sales goals and expect you to hit them. You should also be prepared to jump in and help co-workers in moments of extreme demand or urgent deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels through our sales processes. Engage with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and drive repeat business.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and their unique features. Be able to communicate the benefits of our golf apparel and accessories effectively to customers.

Industry Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the life and challenges of golf pros and wholesale buyers. Be able to communicate the operational benefits of working with Pins and Aces wholesale, and the ways in which Pins offerings eliminate buyer pain points and frustrations.

Management of Custom Projects: Facilitate, manage, and fulfill custom projects through direct communication with Sales Reps, Customers, Pins and Aces Creative Team, and our Manufacturing Team.

Trade Shows and Events: As needed, represent Pins and Aces at trade shows, golf events, and other promotional activities to showcase our products and build brand awareness.This may involve occasional travel inside the US.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Wholesale, Director of Automation, Creative Design Team, Customer Service Team, and Manufacturing Team to ensure you understand our sales systems and marketing assets to maximize sales. Speak up when you see opportunities to change our current systems or strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

Sales and Marketing Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the golf, apparel, or sports industry. Track record of meeting or exceeding your individual KPIs or sales targets.

Experience / Passion for Golf: A genuine interest in golf and golf fashion, trends and products. It’s a plus if you already have a working knowledge.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.

Customer-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering top-notch customer service during the sales and fulfillment process.

Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using sales and customer management software is a plus.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Location: This is an in-house position at our headquarters in Arvada, Colorado.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
